Crystals and Elements
The term “element(s)” has different meanings. An element can be a metal which combines with chemicals to form minerals. In Feng Shui, 5 elements (metal, water, wood, fire and earth) are used to harmonize and balance our environment and space bringing us health, wealth, love and good fortune.
The elements discussed here are the FIVE types of element forces or energies of nature. They are: Earth, Air (Wind), Water, Fire and Storm. These FIVE forces are interactions that take place within the Earth’s constantly changing energy field. Energy is the life force that surrounds us.
Our Universe is made up of all kinds of entities: humans, animals, plants, herbs, insects, inanimate objects and of course, minerals, crystals and gemstones. All of these things are combinations of the FIVE elements.Elements play an integral part of our personality. Each element provides it’s own energies and unique type of healing. The energy provided by the FIVE elements are involved in EVERYTHING we do: working, cooking, driving, etc.
The Earth element represents Mother Earth, substance, humans and animals.
The Earth element regulates the healing of our bodies. It’s no surprise that minerals, crystals and stones are primarily associated with the Earth energy…..and we know crystals heal us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Our Earth relies on minerals, crystals and stones to circulate and balance its energies.

The Air (Wind) element is associated with communication, thinking, music and overall healing for the atmosphere. ie: removing pollutants and repairing the ozone layer. Boosts brain function, mental abilities and clarity. Enhances intuitive abilities. Is good for the respiratory system.

The Water element corresponds to our circulatory and lymphatic systems and bodily fluids. This element enables us to feel compassion and love providing us with a healthy and emotional calmness. Helps with insomnia, excessive worrying, depression and hyperactivity.

The Fire element is all about OUR energy and how we put it out to the world. We believe our Aries, Leo and Sagittarian friends can vouch for this.

The Storm element energy forms when the frequencies of the FOUR other elements harmonize. This powerful “Storm” contains the energies of the Earth, Air (Wind), Water and Fire forces. Stimulates all chakras. Pertains to our mind, body and spirit.
