Sending Healing Green Light
We can help those in need of healing by sending them green light. A simple way is to close your eyes, visualize and focus on any “source” of green light. It can be a stream of green light or a ball (like our sun) of green light. Then, envision the person with whom you wish to send the healing light and “direct” the green light to that person. You can “blanket” the green light all around the recipient. If a specific area of their body needs healing, direct the light there.
