SHIPPING
We know you are looking forward to receiving your purchase, so we make every effort to ship out your order within 24 – 48 hours. Every item is carefully bubble wrapped and shipped out either by U.S. Mail, FedEx or UPS, whichever is the least expensive method for the package size. After shipping, we will send you an e-mail with the method of shipment and tracking number.
Figuring shipping charges is not an exact science. Based on experience, we try to figure an accurate amount. If the amount you are charged is very different from the actual shipping fee, we will refund the difference to your credit card or Paypal account. It is not our intention to ever overcharge on shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We now ship internationally at the lowest rates available. The shipping rates on our store are for U.S. shipments only, however we will be glad to get you an international rate. Please e-mail us and let us know which item(s) interest you. gail@gemsheal.com
RETURNS
We want to you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not happy, please notify us within 7 days and we will refund 100% of your money less the shipping charge.
