SHIPPING

We know that you are looking forward to receiving your purchase, so we make every effort to ship your order within 24 – 48 hours.  Every item is carefully wrapped and shipped out by U.S. Mail, FedEx or UPS, whichever is least expensive. After shipping, we will send you an e-mail with the method of shipment and tracking number.

Calculating shipping charges is not an exact science, however we try our best to figure an accurate amount. If the amount you are charged is very different from the actual shipping cost, we will refund the difference to your credit card or Paypal account. It is not our intention to overcharge on shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The shipping rates on our store are for U. S. shipments only, however we will be glad to get you an international rate.  Please let us know which item(s) interest you and we will quote the lowest rates available. Our e-mail is gail@gemsheal.com

RETURNS

We want to you to be pleased with your purchase.  If you are not happy, please notify us within 7 days and we will refund 100% of your money less the shipping charge.
